General Terms and Conditions

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Government Identification, Driving License, and Passport. Without Original copy of a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • Bookings in the Future – No reservations are valid until a 20% deposit of the value of the intended booking, with a minimum of one night charge, is received. Any alterations or cancellations of these bookings are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Payments and Balances for these bookings are subject to our Payment Policy.
  • Children – Children up to 5 years of age are complementary without the use of extra mattress. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.
  • Pets – Please refer to our Pets Policy
  • Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
  • Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.
  • Extra mattress will be provided for over occupancy bookings at a fee of Rp150.000 IDR per night. This is separate from the over occupancy charge.
  • Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel assets. Guests shall keep the Hotel room in good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Liabilities will follow our Damage’s Policy.
  • Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
  • Smoking Policy – Absolutely no smoking in the rooms. In the case that guests wish to smoke, any outdoor area is acceptable.

Booking Extension Policy

  • Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
  • Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

Cancellation Policy

  • Our standard check-in time is 11:00 (AM) and you can check-in any time after that till your reservation is valid.
  • We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled within 12 Hours of creating the booking. Any amount paid will be refunded.
  • Any Cancellations are subject to 50% charge against the total of the booking, with a minimum charge of one night.
  • Any Cancellations or Changes after Check In are subject to 50% charge against the total of the remaining booking, with a minimum charge of one night

Payment Policy

  • Payments of balance are required in FULL at the beginning of the agreed term.
  • After a TWO (2) day grace period, there will be a 5% daily surcharge on any outstanding balance from the date the balance was due. The Property will be unable to provide further accommodation prior to settlement of the outstanding amount.
  • The Maximum period for payment is HALF of the term already paid against the Daily Rate. For example, if a room has been booked for a month, but an equivalent of 1 week has been paid, then 4 days is the maximum date for further payment.
  • We reserve the right to Evict guests for non completion of payments without refund. Please refer to our Eviction Policy.

Checking In/Out

  • Check In time is 15:00. Early Check In is subject to our Early Check In Policy
  • Check Out time is 11:00. Late Check Out is subject to our Late Check Out Policy
  • There is a Rp500.000 IDR Security Deposit payable upon Check In.

Early Check In (subject to availability)

  • Our standard check-in time is 15:00. Early check out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges may apply as per below policy:
    • Before 06:00 – 100% charges for one day payable as per room rates of the previous night.
    • Between 06:00 and 11:00 – 0% to 50% charges payable as per room rates of the previous night, depending on hotel policy
    • Between 11:00 and 13:00 – Complimentary

Late Check Out (subject to availability)

  • Our standard check-out time is 11:00. Late check out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges may apply as per below policy:
    • Between 11:00 and 13:00 – Complimentary
    • Between 13:00 and 17:00 – 0% to 50% charges payable as per room rates of that night, depending on hotel policy
    • After 17:00 – 100% charges payable as per room rates of that night.

Hotel Specific Policies

  • In some hotels, due to local conditions, unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in.
  • Hotels may deny check-in to guests providing ID proof of the same city as the hotel itself. 
  • Some hotels may deny entry of visitors to rooms. Please confirm with the hotel before inviting visitors into the rooms.
